Privacy policy

The short version

• We keep the email address you sign in with, your display name and your play: hands, chips and tables.
• There is nothing to buy, so we hold no payment details of any kind.
• We do not sell your information, and we run no advertising trackers.
• You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, at any time.

What we collect

Your account. When you sign in by email we store your email address. When you sign in with Google, Google also gives us the name and the profile picture address on your Google account.

Your display name. It starts as the name on your Google account, or as the part of your email address before the @ sign. Other players can see it, so if you would like a different one, email us and we will change it.

Your play. Every hand you place, the cards in it, the stake, the result, your chip balance and the history of every movement of chips. If you start or join a friend table we store the table, its name and its invite code.

Your choices. If you pick a league scoring on a player page, a cookie remembers it.

Technical records. Like every website, the services that host this one record the internet address and browser of each request. They are used to keep the service running and secure.

What we do not collect

• No card numbers, bank details or billing addresses. Chips are points and cannot be bought.
• No precise location, no contacts and no access to anything else on your device.
• No advertising or cross site tracking cookies.

Cookies

We set two kinds of cookie. Sign in cookies keep you signed in and are needed for the game to work. One preference cookie remembers the league scoring you chose on player pages, for up to a year, and holds one word and nothing about you.

What other players can see

At a leaderboard table or a friend table, the other seats can see your display name, your total and your place. They can never see your cards, and nobody can see your email address.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that run the game for us, and only so they can do that job.

• Supabase stores accounts and game data and sends the sign in emails.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• Google is involved only if you choose to sign in with Google.

Where it is kept

IThero Solutions is in Ontario, Canada. The services above may store and process information in the United States or other countries, where it is subject to the laws of those places.

Sponsors

A week of play may carry a sponsor's name. Sponsors receive no information about you.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and your play for as long as the account is open. You can delete the account yourself from your Profile. That removes the account, its hands and its chip history at once, and it cannot be undone. Hosting records are kept by the hosting services for their own limited periods.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it, including your display name.
• Delete your account and everything in it, from your Profile or by asking us.
• If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Age

Full House Fantasy is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe someone under 18 has an account, tell us and we will remove it.

Security

Everything travels over an encrypted connection, and the database only lets an account read its own hands and chip history. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that nothing will ever go wrong, but we will tell you if a problem affects your information.

Changes

If what we collect or how we use it changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
