Who can play

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• One account for each person.
• You are responsible for following the laws of the place you play from.

Free to play, and chips are points

Full House Fantasy is free. Chips are points that keep score. They have no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, traded, transferred or exchanged for money, prizes or anything else, and there is nothing to win except chips.

The games are entertainment. How you do here says nothing about how you would do at games played for real money.

We may correct a chip balance to fix a mistake or to undo the results of cheating.

How the games work

The rules are on the How to play page. In short: every card is a real football player graded by his weekly projection, weekly hands lock at the first kickoff of the week, and each hand settles on the real results once the week is over.

A settled hand is final. Statistics that are corrected after a hand has settled do not change it.

Projections and statistics come from outside sources and can be late or wrong. If bad data or a fault in the software affects a hand, we may void it or put it right.

Your account

• You sign in with your email address or your Google account. Keep access to them secure, because whoever controls them controls your account.
• Your display name is shown to other players. It must not be offensive, misleading or someone else's name, and we may change one that is.
• You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account.

Fair play

You agree not to:

• Use scripts, bots or any automated way of playing.
• Open more than one account.
• Take advantage of a bug instead of reporting it.
• Try to see another player's cards or get at anyone else's account.
• Interfere with the service or the people using it.

Independent of the league

Full House Fantasy is an independent game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the National Football League, its teams or its players. Player names and statistics are used only to describe real games.

Our work

The game, its design, its name and its logo belong to IThero Solutions. You may use them to play for your own enjoyment. You may not copy, resell or build on them without our permission.

Sponsors

A week of play may carry a sponsor's name. We are not responsible for a sponsor's products or services.

Changes and closing

We may change the games, add or remove tables, or stop offering the service. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Because chips have no value, nothing is owed for chips in an account that is closed or a service that ends.

No guarantees

The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, IThero Solutions is not liable for losses that arise from using the service. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be signed away.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, this page changes and the date at the top is updated. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
